Happy Monday to all. I hope you are all enjoying your day home with the kids. As for me, I am super great! Oh did I mention that EVERYONE woke up sick. Three fevers, three scratchy/soar throats, two runny noses, three hacking coughs, and one crazy mom.

Amy. Give that little Jacob of yours a big hug from his Sunbeam Teacher. I still have the sweet Christmas ornament he gave me. His eyes. That boy has some sweet eyes. Hope all gets well. I'm sick too.
There must be something in the air. Six out of seven of us have been sick over the last days. The baby is the only one who missed it, and he's the only one that got a flu shot.
Sick on a Monday and NO SCHOOL? Why does this happen to us?
We spent the entire day either on errands (3 kids and 14 stores - you do the math of funness!) or watching movies that I should have pre-watched before putting me and my kids in front of them.
So sorry your kids were sick on their day off, that is no fun. Hope they all get well soon. We don't get MLK day off but to make up for it school is closed today because no busses could run due to the -14 temp and 5mph windchill to boost the temp to an overwhelming -28 feel. SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are having popcorn and movies to warm up and celebrate the unexpected day off school.
Thanks to all for the well-wishing. Kayla is fine now and Kelsie is okay as well but Jacob is fighting this aweful fever and headache. Can't wait till this is all over.
